Puppy prices have remained reasonable at Cedar Hollow for years...I believe people should be able to afford a Breed dog without thinking 'The higher the price, the better the Dog.' I have been breeding renown JRT's since 1984, litters are often sold before they are born due to my reputation with returning clients and their referrals.

Are my Jack Russell's registered?

Nine of my Cedar Hollow JRT's are in the AKC foundation registry.

Because AKC didn't understand that the Jack Russell had two very different types, it proceeded to set off a controversy that has confused the public about the Jack Russell Terrier.

AKC will give you the opportunity to register your JRT under two classifications. AKC registry is for the purpose of showing in AKC sanctioned events:

Agility, Earth Dog, Obedience, etc. but your dog must be spayed or neutered and cannot be shown in conformation. Visit AKC's website for more information.
NOTE: THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS A MINIATURE JACK RUSSELL !


Are Cedar Hollow JRT's Pure Bred?

Most definitely! Just because they are not AKC litter registered doesn't mean they are not 'pure'. AKC is a registry organization and promotes itself through Dog Shows. I have pedigrees on all my dogs. Pedigrees are the dogs 'family tree' and many of my JRT's have traceable lines over 10 generations.

How do I purchase a Cedar Hollow JRT ?

Send a non-refundable deposit of $150 to secure a puppy.
The deposit is applied to the purchase price and is good as long as I am still breeding... You can transfer your deposit to a friend or relative. The deposit gives you a selection order but does not guarantee sex or color.

The sooner you send a deposit the better chance you have of getting the puppy of your choice.

Shipping/delivery charges are extra.

When flying a puppy in cargo: a crate is required as well as a current health certificate.

If nonstop or direct flights are not available, I will not ship by air. Weather, heat or cold is a factor when flying any dog as cargo,

 there are restrictions imposed by the airlines. 

Flying in cabin with a puppy, some airlines are only accepting puppies that are 4 months old. Please check with your airline for details.

I often arrange a midway meeting point or travel into areas where I have several buyers. My fuel cost and that of a house sitter are added to the puppy's cost.
